What is Adjustment to Parenthood?
Moving from partners to parents is a big adjustment for most couples. As well as the joy and wonder a baby brings the early days can also be chaotic and stressful. Common problems include sometimes being unsure what the baby needs and alongside this reduced sleep and consequent lack of energy to figure it out.
